=head1 NAME
Bio::EnsEMBL::Test::ContigGenesChecker
=head1 SYNOPSIS
Module to check the validity of a transcript
=head1 DESCRIPTION
Performs various checks on the Genes in a Bio::EnsEMBL::Contig object. These
should only be checks which are not internal to a particular Gene but instead
dependant on the arrangement of genes on the Contig. These include:
1. Genes have been clustered correctly
2. Interlocking Genes
3. Genes on both strands with overlapping exons.
4. Transcripts on both strands with all overlapping exons
This class does not use stable_ids but instead dbIDs because stable_ids are
not set until after the gene build.

The rest of the documentation details each of the object methods. Internal methods are usually preceded with a _
